Varcad's solution partner in transportation is MNG Kargo. Not all stages of the shipping process may be done under the Varcad brand. However, Varcad is ultimately responsible for the perfect delivery of the products to the end user. Please check the product during the delivery of the cargo. If there is any damage to the packaging or the product, please keep a record with the cargo officer and contact our company. In such a case, the product will be replaced by us; otherwise, our company shall not be responsible for any product damage if the cargo officer leaves the delivery area without any record. The product is delivered to you within the time specified in the stock. Special cases include official and regional holidays, New Year's Eve, and combined religious holidays. Depending on the order date, the shipment may be delayed after the holiday, as distribution partners are not working during these holidays. In such cases, Varcad makes an announcement to its customers via information mail. In case of cancellation or return of an ordered product (provided that it conforms with the return conditions), the shipping fee shall belong to the customer.
